FixLeo is an informational home repair assistant. It helps you understand a problem, decide whether it is safe to attempt, follow approved repair guidance, check whether a part fits, and keep a record of your home.

FixLeo is not a licensed contractor, plumber, electrician, or HVAC technician, and using it does not create a professional relationship.

You are responsible for deciding whether to attempt any repair. Stop immediately if conditions differ from what a guide describes.

Work involving gas lines, the electrical service panel or service entrance, refrigerant, structural elements, sewage, or asbestos is professional-only. FixLeo will not provide DIY instructions for it, and you must not attempt it based on anything the app says.

In an emergency — gas smell, carbon monoxide alarm, fire, arcing electrical equipment, structural collapse — leave and call 911 or your utility before doing anything else.

You are responsible for permits, inspections, and compliance with local codes.

Compatibility results are stated in one of four levels: Confirmed Compatible, Likely Compatible — High Confidence, More Information Needed, or Not Compatible.

Anything other than Confirmed Compatible is an assessment, not a guarantee. Verify the part against your equipment and keep your receipt before installing.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

Early Access accounts receive complimentary full access for a limited period while we validate the product. Access may change or end when the Early Access period closes; we will tell you before it does.

We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, resell output, or bypass safety limits.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account settings and keep access through the end of the paid period.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; their terms apply to the transaction.

Some product links earn FixLeo a commission at no additional cost to you. Purchases, returns, warranties, and shipping are entirely between you and the retailer.

FixLeo is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixLeo is not liable for property damage, injury, or losses resulting from work you perform, parts you purchase, or decisions you make using the app.
