Account details you give us: email address, name, ZIP code, and skill level.

Home data you choose to save: properties, equipment, installed parts, tools, receipts, and maintenance schedules.

Repair data: problem descriptions, diagnostic answers, photos you upload, repair progress, notes, and outcomes.

Product usage: which screens you visit and which repair steps you complete, so we can fix what is not working.

Billing data is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Repair and equipment photos are stored in private storage. They are not public, and no link to them is shareable without your session.

Photos are sent to our AI provider only to answer the question you asked (a diagnosis, an annotation, a progress check, or a compatibility check). They are not used to train third-party models.

To diagnose problems, generate repair guidance, verify part compatibility, and remind you about maintenance.

To keep a history of what was fixed in your home so future answers are specific to your equipment.

To detect and fix defects in the product. During Early Access, failures are logged for our team to review.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

You can export everything we hold about you, and you can delete your account and its data, from Account settings.

Deleting your account removes your homes, equipment, parts, repair sessions, photos, and maintenance records.
